That's a wonderful place to stay. You will be in city center with all services around and close to you.
Nahuel Huapi lake is there exactly so you won't miss that too.
Anyway there is always other good options going out, perhaps along Bustillo Av. and going to Llao-Llao.
Ensure your hotel reservation with enough time, since Bariloche is full of tourist all year long and very specially durint winter: July and August.
